1. Screen printing
Your logo is separated by colours and a positive film is made from them. These films are exposed to screen printing frames. Fine-fibred meshes are stretched on the aluminium frames and these meshes are coated with a photosensitive emulsion.
Due to the light, the black parts of the film will be exposured on the screen. Then the emulsion is washed out from the screen. Where the black parts of the logo were placed on the screen, this area shall let the ink through.
The screens are mounted on the screen printing caroussel (1 colour/screen). The machine operator puts the ink on the screen then spreads it with the help of the squeegees. The ink flows through the leaking parts of the screen, right on the textile.
After printing, the textile goes through a gas dryer so that the ink can fixate on it. By this, the logo shall be more resistant to the frequent washes, without decolorization.
Due to the many years of experience, the high quality inks and other materials, Screen has developed to one of the best textile screen printing companies within the Benelux countries.
Our screen printing plant disposes of 5 automatic and 4 handprinting caroussels. With these machines we can guarantee perfectly fitting prints (up to 12 colours) and colour-separated prints up to 25.000 printing capacity per day.

2. Transfers
Besides screen printing, we are staying at Your disposal with many other transfer possibilities to can more personalize the hardly printible textiles.
2.1 Screen printed transfers
This technique is very similar to the traditional screen printing technology. The only difference is, that the designs are screen printed on individual release papers.
The paper printed with Your logo is placed on the demanded position and pressed on the textile by a heat press (+/- 160 °C) that makes the glue fluid so that the paper can stick on the textile.
This technology is ideal to print special textiles such as (polyester) sportwears, coats, polyester bags and sport bags.
2.2 offset transfer
By this technology, the film is printed by an offset press. The colourful, detailed pictures can be put on different textile types.
2.3 Flex / digital transfer
The logos, names, numbers are cut from a foil with the help of a plotter, then pressed on the textile by a heat press.
The foils can be found in different colours (but not in Pantone colours) and are ideal to make unique numbers or names in small quantities.
Furthermore, we can also serve You with digital transfer. Firstly we digitally print a white foil then we cut it with a plotter.
We also put them on the textiles with a heat press.
General Remarks: digital transfers can later discolour on polyester sportswear!
